CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total treatment cost. This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the total treatment cost. No further bookings will be accepted until this fee has been paid in full.

Clients who have pre-purchased a treatment package are kindly reminded that the same cancellation and no-show policies apply.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, you will forfeit that session from your package.

For clients who have opted for two-part payments:

If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show before the remaining balance is paid, all future appointments will be suspended until the outstanding balance has been settled in full.

At Sculpted Studio & Co, we have a strict no-refund or exchange policy on all skincare products and treatments. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Sculpted Studio & Co upholds a zero-tolerance policy for any form of rude, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour. Such conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches this policy.
