Salon Policies

The following policies ensure fairness, safety and the smooth operation of our clinic. By booking an appointment with Sculpted Studio & Co, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Cancellations

All appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To minimise scheduling disruptions and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policy applies:

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to make changes to your appointment.
  • Day before your treatment: Cancellation or rescheduling will result in loss of your deposit.
  • Day of treatment: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • No-show: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Outstanding fees must be paid before future bookings can be made. We understand emergencies can arise — requests for consideration are reviewed at management discretion.

Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time if rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: the deposit cannot be transferred and will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting the next client’s booking. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for the specified treatment only. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of a session from your package. Split payment packages must be paid in full before future bookings can proceed.

Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications and skin conditions prior to treatment. Sculpted Studio & Co is not responsible for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been provided.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, compliance with aftercare and individual response. No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.

Children & Guests

Children and guests are always welcome to attend your appointment. However, please note we are unable to supervise or take responsibility for them during your treatment.

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we have a strict no refund or exchange policy. Opened skincare products cannot be returned under any circumstances. Services are non-refundable once performed. If you experience a skin reaction from any of our products, please send a photo and details of your concern to sculptedstudioco@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can assess and assist appropriately.
