All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Online Purchases
By purchasing products from our online store, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time.
Products are sold subject to availability. We will notify you if a product becomes unavailable after purchase and provide a full refund.
5. Shipping
We offer free express shipping on orders over $150. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under this amount. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns & Refunds
We operate a strict no refund or exchange policy. No refunds or exchanges are offered for change of mind, even if the product is in its original, unopened condition. Opened skincare products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Services are non-refundable once performed. If you experience a skin reaction from any of our products, please send a photo and details to sculptedstudioco@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can assess and assist.

Individual treatment results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a medical professional for health-related concerns.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history prior to treatment. Sculpted Studio & Co accepts no liability for adverse reactions where relevant information was not disclosed.
